Viking FDWB301 Tall Panel Cellar
The FDWB301 is a retired 30-inch full-height custom panel wine cellar. The front panel is supplied locally to match the cabinets, finished with Viking Professional handles or custom ones. A full-height door with a panel is heavy and long, so the hinges and the lower gasket take more strain than they do on a standard cellar.
We service an FDWB301 by checking the door height and hinge wear, then testing the seal along the whole door with a paper strip. Temperature is measured at the top, middle and bottom, and the rear wall is checked for frost. Handles and panel fasteners are tightened. A written price is given before parts are ordered, with a 30-day workmanship warranty on the repair.
A leaking upper seal or a weak fan can leave the upper shelves warm. We measure at three heights and test the fan and seal.
The cellar accepts Viking Professional handles or custom ones. We can refit a different handle, making sure the fasteners are long enough to hold securely through the panel and into the door.
