The FBI7360W is a current 7 Series 36-inch built-in bottom-freezer refrigerator with a freezer drawer below and a panel-ready front. It slides into a cabinet run and wears a custom panel that matches the kitchen, so the machine is invisible until the door is open. The panel itself can add stress on the slides when the drawer is full.
The drawer is what moves most. Loaded with frozen goods, it slides in and out many times a week, and the track and slides wear before anything else does. A written price comes first, and our repair warranty runs 30 days.
Usually yes. Frost on the track, a bent slide or an overloaded basket can cause it. We clear the frost, inspect the slides and replace what is worn.
A reasonably full freezer holds temperature well, but stacking above the basket rim can prevent the drawer from closing. Keep goods below the rim. Overloaded baskets also strain the slides over time.
