Viking listed the DFFB536 as a retired 36-inch Designer custom panel all-freezer with the same ultra-premium features as the Professional models. It blends into cabinetry with locally supplied front panels and can be fitted with Professional or custom handles.
At 36 inches, the door is large and a panel makes it heavier, so hinge wear and gasket pressure are the early signs of trouble. You may see the door hang slightly low, frost along the latch side, or a freezer that runs longer than it used to. We adjust or replace hinges, test the gasket with a paper strip, and then move to the sensor, defrost parts and fan. The condenser side gets cleaned last.
