The DDSF036 is a retired 36-inch Designer Series side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, the narrowest of the side-by-sides in this group. It suits a smaller kitchen or a family that does not need the extra width of the 42-inch and 48-inch models. Smaller units are easier to move but share every system with their bigger siblings.
A narrower cabinet means shorter gaskets, but the same systems inside: sensors, a defrost heater, fans and a condenser.
