What 4 Flashes means

On Viking built-in refrigerators with the variable-speed compressor, for example the VCSB5423 or VCBB5363E, four flashes every five seconds on the inverter LED, with the compressor off, mean the compressor or the system is damaged. A technician checks the input power, the winding resistance, and any leakage from the windings to the compressor shell. If the readings are out of range the compressor must be replaced.
