Viking VDB451 Intelli-Wash Dishwasher
The VDB451 is a retired Professional 24-inch dishwasher using the Intelli-Wash system, which adjusts water pressure, temperature and speed to each load. The listing points to the FDB custom front model for other finishes, so it sits alongside a family of panel-ready relatives.
With little else published, we judge each one by what it does on our test cycle. We clean the filters and spray arms, watch pressure and drain speed, and read the sensor behavior. A machine that varies its wash relies on sensors reading correctly, so a cycle that is too short or too long often traces to a dirty or failing sensor. Leaks at the door are checked last.
Written estimates come before work, and we back repairs with a 30-day warranty.
It is a related custom-front dishwasher offering other color finishes. We service the VDB451 itself, and the washing parts are the same Intelli-Wash design family.
It may be reacting to a sensor reading or heating water slowly. We test the sensor and the heater, and look for scale that makes heating less efficient.
A brief pool near the filter is normal. Standing water that lasts after the cycle is not, so clean the filter and call us if it persists.
