Viking DDB325E Stainless Panel Dishwasher
The DDB325E is a retired Designer 24-inch dishwasher with the Intelli-Wash system, which tailors water pressure, temperature and speed to each load, and it came standard with a seamless Professional stainless steel door panel.
Owners of this machine tend to call for a few reasons: dishes not drying well, a cycle that seems to end early, or water left in the bottom. We take them in order. Filters and spray arms get cleaned first, then we test the sensor, then the drain and pump. If the machine has stopped with water in the base pan, we look at the door seal, hoses and pump for the leak, because the float switch only reports the problem.
A written price comes first, and the repair comes with a 30-day warranty.
The E version came with a standard Professional stainless steel door panel. The washing system is the Intelli-Wash design in both, so the checks we perform are much the same.
Possible causes include a worn door seal, a weak heater, or a vent not closing. We check each, starting with the seal and the drying behavior during a test cycle.
A leak at the door seal, a hose or the pump. The float switch only reports it. We find the source and repair it before restarting the machine.
