What Door icon (Door Alert Notification) means

On Viking clear-ice machines FIUI5152D and VBFIC1152D, the door icon on the display with a tone every minute is the Door Alert Notification. It starts when the door has been open longer than 30 minutes. Closing the door resets it. It is a reminder, not a breakdown, and ice melts quickly when the door stays open. The alert can also protect the cabinet from warming.
