Viking FDFB5362 36-Inch Panel Freezer
The FDFB5362 is a retired 36-inch custom panel all-freezer. Beyond its width and panel option, little is published, so we rely on the tag and a hands-on inspection.
Built into cabinetry, a freezer like this can run for years without a glance until something changes. Our order of work is consistent: the door seal and alignment, the evaporator and its fan, the defrost parts, and the condenser area. A fan that makes noise or stops altogether is a common cause of warm spots, and a gasket that has stiffened is the cause of most frost along the edge.
We quote in writing before work and cover each repair with a 30-day warranty. If food is thawing, call us right away.
Please keep the model tag visible when you call.
Ice touching the blades, worn bearings or a failed motor. We check for ice first, then test the motor and replace it only if it is failing.
Yes. A worn seal, a door sitting out of line, or a failing door switch can all make an alarm sound with the door shut. We test each in turn and replace only the part that fails.
For most seal, fan and sensor work, yes. If a repair needs the freezer warm, we tell you first so you can move frozen food.
