Viking DFFB530 30-Inch Panel Freezer
The DFFB530 is a retired 30-inch Designer custom panel all-freezer. It has the same ultra-premium features as the Professional models and takes locally supplied front panels, with a choice of Viking Professional handles or custom handles.
A locally supplied panel can be any weight, which means the hinges and gasket see conditions that were never standardized. If the door sags, the gasket stops sealing evenly, frost forms and the freezer works harder. We start with hinge alignment and the closing pressure, then inspect the gasket, the defrost parts and the evaporator fan. A condenser cleaning is included in most visits.
