Viking VDW301 24-Inch Dishwasher
The VDW301 is a retired 24-inch dishwasher in the 300 Series, with three wash arms, a triple filtration system, a turbidity sensor, Quiet Clean insulation and adjustable racks with stemware cradles that hold up to 14 place settings.
With that many place settings, a busy household can fill the filters in a matter of weeks. Owners tend to call about grit on glasses, a damp floor or a cycle that ends before the dishes look clean. We take the filters and arms first, then the drain pump and hose, then the turbidity sensor that decides how long the machine runs. If water reaches the floor, the door gasket and latch are examined.
We quote the price in writing before work begins and cover repairs with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
The turbidity sensor may be reading clean water when it is not, often because of film on the sensor. We clean and test it, and check the filters and arms.
Every few weeks if you run the machine daily. A clean filter keeps spray pressure strong and protects the pump, and it takes only a minute or two.
The door gasket, latch or a hose connection may be leaking. We run a cycle with the door closed and trace the water to its source before replacing anything.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
