At 36 inches, the VCFB5363 is the wider Professional Series all-freezer column, with the Quiet Cool cooling system and adjustable shelving. It accepts a custom cabinetry panel, so the large door often carries real weight.
A wide door has more seal to keep tight and more mass to hang on its hinges, and that is where we begin. Frost creeping around the edge or a door that sits slightly proud tells us the seal is not meeting evenly. After the seal, we check the freezer sensor, the defrost parts and the evaporator fan. Alarm complaints get the door switch tested as well.

Warm moist air is reaching the seal line. The gasket may be worn or the door may hang out of line under its panel. We inspect both and adjust or replace as needed.
Indirectly. If the panel weight pulls the door out of line, the seal leaks and the freezer works harder. We check hinge alignment as part of the visit.
