Viking VESO5302T Premiere Touch Service
The VESO5302T is a retired 30-inch electric single Premiere oven with touch control, the touch version of the VESO5302 family. Only type, width and status are documented.
A panel that beeps without responding is hearing the touch but failing to pass it on, which often means a damaged connector or a board that has locked up. A cavity that cools in mid-cycle drops out for lack of power to the element, so we measure the relay and element during a live cycle. A fan that stays on all day suggests a sensor reporting heat that is not present. Ghost images on the display come from a failing readout.
We test the cheapest, most likely causes first. Retired parts are confirmed before quoting. The price is written first, and a 30-day warranty follows.
The touch is heard, but the command is not carried out. A loose connector or a locked board is likely. We reseat connections and reset the board.
The relay or the element may be dropping out. We measure power at the element during a live cycle to catch it. Catching a brief dropout requires watching the circuit while it runs.
A sensor may be reporting high heat falsely. We test the sensor's resistance and replace it if needed. A stuck sensor can also keep a cooling fan running long after the oven is off.
