Viking VGIQ5323RT1 T-Series Infrared Grill
The VGIQ5323RT1 is a retired 53-inch Ultra-Premium T-Series grill with side burners, a TruSear infrared burner and a heavy-duty rotisserie. With this much hardware, the gas manifold feeds many outlets, and that is where our inspection begins.
We check the hose and regulator, then soap every joint on the manifold. A smell near the hose is taken seriously: we stop, close the supply and find the leak before lighting anything. After that, the side burners are cleaned and tested, and the infrared burner’s ceramic, igniter and air path are examined for the cause of any flame-outs.
If the rotisserie does not turn, we test the outlet, plug and motor in that order. Retired-grill parts are confirmed in advance, and the written price comes first. A 30-day workmanship warranty is included. Should a gas smell ever reach you, call the gas utility from outside.
Close the supply right away, keep flames away and call the gas utility from outside. After it is cleared, we locate the leak and replace the hose or fitting.
A blocked air path, dirty ceramic openings or a weak flame sensor. We inspect each and adjust the burner so it sits steadily. A flame that settles steadily once adjusted shows the fix worked.
One at a time: spark, flame, then low-setting stability. We also check that the valve opens fully. Each burner is tested alone, then together, so a hidden interaction shows up before we leave.
