Viking MVIC63615B 36-Inch Induction
The MVIC63615B is a current 36-inch induction cooktop in the RVL series. It combines digital touch control, MagneQuick elements, two timer functions and a Power Management System across a wide glass surface.
A 36-inch induction top is usually mounted in a large island or counter, which means long cable runs and a cabinet that may hold deep drawers. We start with clearance and airflow, then test the touch panel and every zone with a magnetic pan. Since power is shared among zones, we run several at once to see how it behaves under a real load.
Written price first, then work, then a 30-day warranty.
Afterward we check that both timers count down and switch the zone off. Each repair ends with a short written summary of what we measured.
The Power Management System limits total draw, so one zone may step down when many run at maximum. If a zone shuts off alone, we test its coil and connections.
Turn off all zones, let it cool and try again. If it shuts down repeatedly, ensure the space beneath is clear. Persistent shutdowns call for a service visit.
The cooktop has two timer functions. If a timer does not respond while the zone works, the control board or the touch pad may need testing, which we can do at your home.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
