Viking TVHW3642 Tuscany Hood Service
The TVHW3642 is a current 36-inch-wide Tuscany wall hood that stands 42 inches tall. The extra height gives a taller chimney look and more room for the blower and ducting above the canopy.
The tall body means a longer reach when we service it, so we use a stable ladder and support the chimney. We start with the filters, then open the housing to look at the blower. The touch controls are tested on every setting and the LED lighting is checked, along with the damper at the top of the duct. We test the touch controls with the hood running to confirm each speed responds.
